Please read carefully

• Check in – from 3pm to 10pm ( self check in available after 10pm by prior arrangement).

• Checkout by 11 am please .

• If you require an early check in or late check let us know and we will do our best to facilitate you but it will depend on other bookings.

• All apartments are self catering.

• Guests are responsible for keeping communal areas tidy and for recycling waste in the facilities provided.  

• Damage/breakages must be reported and paid for before checking out.

• Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.

• All accommodation and indoor communal facilities are strictly non-smoking.

• No parties please – you have neighbours and so do we!

• Outside music / singing etc to finish by 10pm and a quiet environment from 11pm.

• Pets are only allowed the pet friendly apartment and by prior arrangement. This will be strictly adhered to.

• Guests’ vehicles (& contents therein) parked in the car park are left entirely at their own risk. 

• Guests are advised not to leave valuable items in the apartments. Any belongings left in the apartments are left at your own risk.
